'hi, i'm leigh'
I spent twenty years in sales and marketing, including VP of Sales roles, and by every measure I was successful. Nobody questioned it, including me. What no one could see was that I was still holding myself back, running on patterns I didn’t even know were there. The same patterns that helped me succeed were also burning me out, and keeping me from my best work and the potential that was still hiding.
Now I help capable people and teams see the patterns that got them here, and are quietly holding them back. These patterns aren’t flaws. They’re survival skills that got you rewarded, and anything learned can be unlearned.
You’ll never hear me say “just do it,” or tell anyone to white-knuckle their way through. It’s never about trying harder, and it’s never about the one thing you came in for. We get to the root, so you can finally go after anything you want.
